Masbuild, Inc. was established in 1996. Our
initial focus was on providing personnel to perform construction services for
owners, developers and agencies in the areas of construction management and
monitoring, comprehensive repair surveys and assessments. As our firm grew our services expanded to
include architecture, design/space planning and construction. Masbuild, Inc. is now a professional
services firm staffed with architects, construction managers and other
professionals in the design and construction industry. Masbuild holds
licenses in architecture, construction and certifications in interior design
and Aging In Place.
A California corporation, Masbuild is a woman-owned, design-build firm that has practiced on a
national basis from our offices located at 751 N. Fair Oaks Avenue, Third Floor, in Pasadena, California, which we designed and built
ourselves. Our office has staff
of professional, technical and support personnel all with extensive industry
experience. We run a lean highly
capable and effective office. The
decision to remain relatively small was a
conscious decision borne out of the desire to maintain a tight control of the
daily operations with direct principal involvement and slow but planned
growth. Our principals are involved in the day-to-day detailed activities of
the projects, and our office size is geared toward streamlined efficiency in
producing high quality products.

of all our staff in a dynamic and interactive design and production team. This process produces affordable, functional,
and creative solutions. We believe our
approach develops an excellent relationship between the firm and our clients. Masbuild’s philosophy of continuous
improvement allows us to approach each project with a refined effective
solution. We have dedicated staff with
extensive experience for various design and construction. We understand that in order to compete in today’s
